Is delivery really free?
Yes. Every order ships free to the UK and the US, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Most furniture ships from our UK and US warehouses and arrives in 3–7 working days. Some homeware and décor ships from our partner makers overseas and takes around 1–3 weeks. The expected delivery time is shown on every product page.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking link.
Does furniture arrive assembled?
It depends on the piece. Many smaller items such as bedside tables arrive fully assembled; larger pieces may need simple home assembly with instructions and fittings included. Check the product description for details, or contact us before you order.
Can I return an item?
Please see our Returns policy for full details. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will put it right.
How do I care for solid wood?
Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills straight away. Keep pieces out of direct sunlight and away from radiators to avoid fading and movement. Natural wood varies in grain and tone, and every piece is slightly unique.
