These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

This website is operated by STILN, Unit 11, Fens Pool Avenue, Brierley Hill, DY5 1QA, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can contact us at stilnfurniture@gmail.com.

2. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Natural materials such as wood, rattan and linen vary, so the colour, grain and finish of your item may differ slightly from the photos. Sizes are approximate. Room photos are for styling and may include items that are not part of the product.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; if we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). If you shop in US dollars, prices are converted automatically and the amount charged is shown at checkout. Delivery to the UK and US is free. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Faulty items and your rights

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for damage caused by incorrect assembly or use of a product. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Assembly and use

Please follow any assembly instructions provided and use products for their intended purpose. Some furniture should be secured to a wall; follow the included guidance.

10. Website use

Content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts. If you are a consumer outside the UK, you also keep any protections given to you by the law of your home country.
