Refund policy

We want you to love your STILN pieces. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Changing your mind: 14 days

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To cancel, email stilnfurniture@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to the returns address we give you.

Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging where possible, with all parts and fittings included.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items when you change your mind. Large furniture may need to be returned by a courier service; we can tell you the cost of this before you decide.
Please package items carefully. You may be charged for any reduction in value caused by handling an item more than was necessary to inspect it, or damage caused by poor packaging on the way back.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns go to our partner warehouses rather than our business address.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or proof that you have sent it), we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Delivery to you was free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email us with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can investigate with the carrier. We will arrange a free replacement, repair or refund, and we cover any return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
